Joe Perry Solo Tour Canceled
After falling ill over a week ago and requiring treatment in the hospital, Joe Perry has announced that his upcoming solo tour has been canceled.
Perry issued the following statement via social media: “Just wanted to thank everyone for all of the kind messages I’ve received this week. I’m home and doing well, but the doctor recommends a bit more downtime before getting out to rock again, so regrettably I had to cancel my upcoming tour dates. Was really looking forward to playing these shows with Brad [Whitford] and Gary [Cherone] and seeing all of you who were planning to come out and support us. We will be back out as soon as possible. Wishing you all happy holidays and looking forward to seeing you in 2019.”

So far, there’s no word as to when Perry’s solo tour will be rescheduled. (See original tour dates below.) If the tour does get rescheduled, it will have to take place in early 2019, because Aerosmith is slated to kick off their 50th anniversary Las Vegas residency on April 6.
Fans interested in ticket refunds can do so at their point of purchase.
