This Kelly Clarkson Confession Will Send Chills Down Your Spine
Kelly Clarkson sat down with Cosmopolitan recently to discuss how she started out as a singer.
While many people thought she got her start on American Idol, truth be told, Clarkson started singing in front of crowds years earlier.
During the interview, she recalled a pivotal moment after performing in junior high.
An older gentleman, presumably someone’s grandpa, approached her and complimented her.
He then proceeded to tell her she was going to be doing this for the rest of her life.
After that encounter, she asked people in attendance who the man was, but no one knew his identity.
To this day, Kelly has not been able to track him down.
Towards the end of the interview, Clarkson contemplates whether or not the man was real.
All in all though, he told her the words she needed to hear to help her persevere.
