Taylor Hawkins’ sudden death has led Foo Fighters fans to gather outside the hotel where the drummer passed away yesterday (March 25) at age 50.

Fans have left flowers and photos of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer outside the Casa Medina Hotel, in addition to light candles in his memory.

Per the Associated Press (AP), “The Bogota municipal government issued a statement Saturday that the city’s emergency center had received a report of a patient with ‘chest pain’ and sent an ambulance, though a private ambulance had already arrived at the hotel in northern Bogota.”

The AP added, “Health workers tried to revive him, but were unable to do so. It said the cause of death was under investigation.”
