Then we’ll visit with Tiara Dougherty, Compliance Manager, and Transit Planner Jaimie Walters of Fayetteville FAST – our city-run bus system – about the city’s first new Express Bus route (X1) starts tomorrow – and how FAST is letting you ride it FREE the first week to discover the benefits of parking and riding on the city’s first EXPRESS BUS service, running between the Two Bells stop near Lowe’s in West Fayetteville and Cedar Creek Mall!
We’ll also visit with Tara Brisson Hinton of Service Source – about the Five Year Anniversary (on the 26th of November) of the non-profit Friendship House in Fayetteville, a joint venture of Service Source and Highland Presbyterian Church, in a 3-building campus near the corner of Highland and Arsenal in Fayetteville – striving to make blending, living and socialization comfortable for some challenged individuals brave enough to try!
