Should Fayetteville Disassociate with Market House Imagery Completely?

Our friends at ABC 11 are reporting that Fayetteville Mayor Mitch Colvin has submitted a request to city council to disassociate the Market House with any official affiliation with the City of Fayetteville.

That would potentially include Fayetteville removing the Market House symbol from the city flag, seal and other official items. Some of this already happened back in 2016, when the symbol was removed from items in City Council chambers, and on letterheads.

But what do you think? Should the Market House be officially disassociated with official City of Fayetteville items altogether?
