BREAKING: Second Case of Coronavirus in NC; Unrelated to First
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has announced a second presumptive positive case of novel coronavirus in North Carolina. The case is in Chatham County and unrelated to the first case in Wake County.
NCDHHS says the man had recently traveled to an area in Italy that has since seen an outbreak of COVID-19.
A second NC person has tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The test is presumptively positive and will be confirmed by the @CDCgov lab.
