Up and coming rapper Pop Smoke was fatally shot on Wednesday (Feb. 19) in what appeared to be a home invasion robbery, as TMZ reports.
According to law enforcement, the Brooklyn rapper was at his home in the Hollywood Hills around 4:30 a.m. when two males wearing hoodies and masks broke into Smoke's home.

The two assailants fired multiple shots, hitting and fatally wounding Smoke. They were also seen fleeing on foot.
The 20-year-old rapper was rushed via ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
