YG Reports $400K Worth of Jewelry Stolen From Hotel Room
YG filed a police report on Monday (Jan. 6) in LA regarding grand theft, telling law enforcement that over $400,000 in jewelry had been taken from his room at the London, as TMZ reports.
YG says that sometime between 11 pm on New Year’s Eve and 11 am on New Year’s Day, a briefcase that contained expensive jewelry that was placed on top of a safe was missing some items.
The rapper told police that he noticed the missing jewelry on Jan. 1 but for some reason he didn’t file a report until 5 days later.
No suspects have been identified in YG’s jewelry theft case. Detectives are currently investigating the matter and have plans to review possible surveillance footage to see if they can find any leads.
