Motley Crue Working with Trainer, Nutritionist to Prepare for ‘The Stadium Tour’
Motley Crue, or at least “some” of its members, aren’t messing around when it comes to their big 2020 stadium tour with Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.
Per Fox Business, Crue band manager Allen Kovac said, “Some of them are working with a trainer, some of them are working with a nutritionist to make themselves the best they can be. The greatest insecurity for an artist is: Is anyone going to care about my music? Is anyone going to buy a ticket? We were in November when the discussions were happening, and these guys were already into regimens of how they get ready for a tour.”
Fox Business pointed out that singer Vince Neil has been a target for criticism due to past vocal performances and visible weight gain, but Kovac said, “Let’s see what Vince sings like and looks like when the tour goes out.”
“The Stadium Tour” kicks off July 7, 2020 in Miami, Fla. and wraps September 5 in Los Angeles.
