Summer Walker Claps Back At Fans Who Criticized Her Hygiene
R&B newcomer Summer Walker recently took to Instagram to document her tour experience. While sharing various videos on her Instagram story over the weekend, the “Girls Need Love” singer also shared that she hates taking showers.
Walker documented on Instagram that she cleaned her entire tour bus, and then she shared a photograph of body products in a bowl and wrote, “My washing bowl lol. I get to wash in my bowl. I hate showers.”
The singer received some backlash and criticism regarding the post. Many of Walker’s fans took to social media to question and criticized her hygiene.
Walker clapped back at those who judged her via her Instagram story and wrote, “Stay out my comments with that dummy sh–.”
“I take showers, I don’t like them because I like baths in a very nice jacuzzi or garden tubs. If I don’t have time for whatever I’ll take a hoe bath in the sink (something that every female has taken in their lives). Yes, I use soap.” Walker continued.
“F— I hate people man. Who TF really walking around NEVER washing themselves. Lmao [people] really just mad miserable,” she continued.
Walker also indirectly addressed the criticism in a post that she made on the social media platform. The singer shared two photographs of herself with two other women. “It’s really unfortunate how hateful &sad people are. Ima keep sharing my story tho. Spreading love/light & getting money. Lots of it,” she wrote in her caption.

Walker is currently on tour promoting her debut album, Over It. Her tour titled The First and Last Tour makes stops in cities, including Houston, San Diego, Boston, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh. The tour concludes in Walker’s hometown of Atlanta.
