You’re Likely Drinking Water Incorrectly
It turns out that you are probably drinking water incorrectly. How can that be, you ask? Seems like a pretty simple thing not to screw up, but it’s true. We know that staying hydrated is good for our bodies, but a glass of water at certain times is better than others in order to reap the maximum benefits. Don’t drink while eating because it will wreck your digestion and don’t drink water after an intense workout because it will actually have the opposite effect of diluting your body’s electrolytes. The best time to drink water is right when you wake up which helps keep skin looking young and contributes to weight loss. Also before a meal, which can help you feel fuller.
