Ghost News Round-Up: Billboard Debut, New Tour Dates
Ghost is off to an incredible start this week.
For starters, their new album Prequelle debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 album chart, which is the highest debut on the chart for the band, moving 66,000 units in its first week. (Traditional album sales accounted for 61,000 units.) Prequelle had a lot of success around the world topping the album charts in Sweden Norway and Finland and getting top ten debuts in the UK, Germany, France, Australia and Mexico.
On top of the chart news, Ghost has unveiled a bunch of new North American tour dates for this fall that include the band’s first ever arena shows: November 16 at The Forum in Los Angeles and December 15 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
