If you've followed Bethenny Frankel's reality TV journey, you know her beloved dog Cookie was always by her side.

From all of the Real Housewives drama to her own spinoff show and back to The Real Housewives (with several ultra-successful books and the creation of the Skinnygirl brand in between), Cookie was just as much of a TV fixture as her mom.

We're sending Bethenny a virtual hug today because the Skinnygirl founder's precious pooch passed away over the weekend. Frankel chronicled the sad saga on Twitter, as she explained that the dog was suffering from seizures, and she was rushing her to the nearest pet emergency room 40 minutes away. After suffering from more seizures throughout the night, Bethenny posted that Cookie had passed away.

She then posted this sweet tribute:

We'll raise our Skinnygirl margs in a toast to Cookie tonight.

She made it 17 years, and even got her own Twitter account. Not bad for a pup. You'll be missed, Cookie!
