The Cumberland County School system is sponsoring its 2017 Football Jamboree on Wednesday, August 9 and Thursday, August 10. Area high school football teams will 'hit the gridiron' according to the following schedule:
Wednesday, August 9 at Cape Fear High School
6:30 p.m.
- Field A East Columbus vs Farmville Central
- Field B Ronald Reagan vs Overhills
7:30 p.m.
- Field A Triton vs E.E. Smith
- Field B Union Pines vs Douglas Byrd
8:30 p.m.
- Field A Richmond vs Cape Fear
- Field B West Johnston vs Terry Sanford
Thursday, August 10 at South View High School
6:30 p.m.
- Field A Hoke vs Gray's Creek
- Field B East Montgomery vs Westover
7:30 p.m.
- Field A Northern Nash vs Pine Forest
- Field B Eastern Wayne vs Jack Britt
8:30 p.m.
- Field A Lee County vs South View
- Field B Southeast Raleigh vs Seventy-First
Tickets cost $8 each day and can be purchased at the door or ordered online at www.ncprepsports.net (to avoid long lines).
