Twitter Is Stepping Up to Help Brides Impacted by Alfred Angelo’s Closing

Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful, but for thousands of brides it got even worse after bridal shop Alfred Angelo abruptly closed its 60 stores.

For the women who had purchased bridal gowns or bridesmaids dresses from Alfred Angelo, this means the loss of hundreds or thousands of dollars in deposits, and a frantic scramble to find replacement dresses. Fortunately, empathetic people all over the country are stepping up to help out. Many are volunteering their own wedding gowns as replacements for those in need:
